What you will do

• Provide high-quality Investor Relations and product support for hirify.global Real Estate clients and distribution colleagues.
• Prepare clear, client-ready information and bespoke reports for institutional investors.
• Manage investor servicing processes, including communications, fund portals, and governance materials.
• Coordinate investor lifecycle events such as subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and KYC/AML refreshes.
• Maintain accurate fund and distribution data across systems including Investran, Viaduct, and Salesforce.
• Liaise with global Investor Relations and Product Management teams to ensure global consistency.

Requirements

• Experience in Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management, or Product Management within asset management or private markets.
• Strong understanding of institutional client support and fund reporting cycles.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) and data management.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Direct real estate experience.
• Proficiency in German.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or IMC.
• Experience with Investran, Viaduct, and Salesforce.
