What you will do

• Structure and manage overall project governance for the Spanish rollout phase.
• Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks to ensure project health.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising IT, business units, and integrators.
• Ensure strategic alignment between global stakeholders and local requirements.
• Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Manage reporting to senior stakeholders and support integration and migration processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations.
• Proven expertise in governance, cost control, and resource management.
• Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
