What you will do

• Plan and oversee the completion of industrial automation projects for airport and port operations, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure deliverables align with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate project technicians, material resources (purchases, rentals), and human resources.
• Manage project finances, monitoring revenues, costs, and timelines to achieve established economic results.
• Identify process inefficiencies and deficiencies in procedures to implement continuous improvements.
• Detect potential project risks and mobilize relevant departments to resolve unforeseen events.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Mieres, Spain (Hybrid).
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager in an international company focused on capital goods manufacturing or large-scale projects.
• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Industrial Engineering.
• English: C1 level or equivalent required.
• German: Intermediate/Conversational level is a must for stakeholder interaction.

Nice to have

• Professional training or certification in PMP and/or project management.
• Proficiency with planning tools such as Primavera or MSP.
