What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Key Account Management, Product, Sales Engineering) and external stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including project success criteria, timelines, technical setup, configuration, and testing.
• Develop training materials and deliver customer training sessions to ensure successful product adoption.
• Coordinate technical setup and integration projects (data, embedded functions, analytics) in partnership with Product teams.
• Guide internal stakeholders on using performance analysis tools and dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
• Provide feedback to the Product team on customer requirements and market trends to influence product enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in project or implementation management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful customer implementations on time and within scope.
• Full fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders from local sales teams up to VP level.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate technical setups with product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in food retail and grocery industries.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Fluency in French.
