What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Key Account Management, Product, Sales Engineering) and external stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including project success criteria, timelines, technical setup, configuration, and testing.
- Develop training materials and deliver customer training sessions to ensure successful product adoption.
- Coordinate technical setup and integration projects (data, embedded functions, analytics) in partnership with Product teams.
- Guide internal stakeholders on using performance analysis tools and dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
- Provide feedback to the Product team on customer requirements and market trends to influence product enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience in project or implementation management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful customer implementations on time and within scope.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders from local sales teams up to VP level.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate technical setups with product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in food retail and grocery industries.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Fluency in French.
