Remote Sales Associate (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote; conditions list CA, US, with availability required from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Qualified applicants from around the world are welcomed, subject to role conditions.

Salary: $17–$35 per hour for candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates outside these states.

What you will do

• Call prospects from company-provided lists and develop additional prospecting methods.
• Conduct outbound sales, cold calling, lead follow-up, and email prospecting.
• Understand prospective clients’ businesses and recommend suitable website design, SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing solutions.
• Maintain professional follow-up, respond to proposals and information requests, and support prospect handoffs to strategy teams.
• Track sales activity and forecasts using company-provided systems.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Experience selling marketing products or services, with experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, cold calling, or lead prospecting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Confident speaking presence, professional approach, ability to multitask, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Private high-speed internet, reliable phone coverage, and a quiet working environment are required for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience selling digital marketing services, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, website design, or online marketing.
• Experience selling print, radio, television, advertising, or related B2B services.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
• Experience with CRM, sales forecasting, tracking programs, proposals, or requests for information.
