What you will do

• Manage multi-line phone systems, routing calls professionally to the correct contacts.
• Coordinate office communications and email routing in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative and overflow support for medical information services.
• Assist with client audits and general office administrative tasks.
• Maintain high-quality standards and strictly adhere to company SOPs and working practices.
• Support the training of new team members as directed by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Fluency in English (Written and Verbal) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
