What you will do
- Respond promptly to customer emails regarding order status and product inquiries.
- Provide real-time assistance via Shopify live chat.
- Manage and respond to inquiries on Facebook and Instagram.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.
- Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Must be available between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, email support, and social media platforms.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Customer service mindset with efficient problem-solving abilities.
