What you will do

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex customer concerns.
- Identify and suggest improvements to the customer service workflow.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Davao Region, Philippines
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
