What you will do

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex customer concerns.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to the customer service workflow.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Davao Region, Philippines
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
