What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer needs.
• Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead product release planning and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor healthcare trends and competitive landscapes to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience in healthcare technology, clinical informatics, or electronic health records (EHR) is highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate user needs into technical requirements.
