Product Manager (Life Sciences)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Life Sciences): Shaping and delivering the next generation of a clinical trial technology platform with an accent on regulatory compliance and cloud infrastructure. Focus on translating complex clinical data workflows into actionable user stories and driving Agile delivery.

Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA (2 days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with engineering and QA teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex clinical data workflows and regulatory requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Leverage SQL and cloud data platforms to support AI and data-driven product decisions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle using tools such as Azdo, Confluence, and Lucid.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product ownership and backlog prioritization.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile ceremonies in partnership with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Experience with clinical data workflows, regulatory requirements, or other highly regulated environments.
• Must be based in Boston, MA for hybrid office attendance (2 days/week).
