What you will do

• Identify and shape AI opportunities to improve speed, quality, and productivity across business functions.
• Redesign business workflows to define the balance between human leadership and AI assistance or automation.
• Convert AI opportunities into practical plans with clear outcomes, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Collaborate with AI Architecture, Business Technology, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure safe and supportable implementations.
• Define and track success measures to ensure AI changes create real business value.
• Partner with the AI Enablement lead to drive adoption and embed new ways of working across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or AI transformation.
• Strong ability to map and improve complex business workflows or operating practices.
• Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable plans and outcomes.
• Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, and digital transformation.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth global businesses.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence without authority.
