What you will do

• Define and evolve data platform propositions and technical direction for the Global Data Practice.
• Advise enterprise clients on modern data strategy, architecture, and AI readiness.
• Lead architecture for complex enterprise data platform and transformation programs.
• Drive pre-sales, proposal development, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with strategic technology partners and maintain market-leading platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineering teams and support recruitment and capability uplift.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, platforms, or architecture.
• Proven consultancy experience with enterprise clients and pre-sales capabilities.
• Expertise in architecting cloud-native data platforms at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of data mesh, federated governance, and domain-oriented ownership.
• Experience designing platforms for AI-native use cases and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
