What you will do

• Lead full order management from intake to final customer handover, ensuring structured and value-driven execution.
• Clarify customer needs and plan, execute, and follow-up on orders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Take overall responsibility for project execution and deliver all deliverables according to the project agreement.
• Maintain a strong professional network with Project Centres, Production Centres, and SuM.
• Manage resource delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Conduct kick-down meetings to identify root causes of cost variances and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong project management foundations and demonstrated leadership capability.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis within procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data visualization and cost performance tracking to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
