What you will do

• Manage data network incidents end-to-end to ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge management and network lifecycle activities.
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Eligibility for SC and NPPV 3 Clearance (minimum 5 years working history in the UK).
• Technical experience in Cisco networking, network security, or wireless technologies.
• Experience with tools such as Cisco ISE, DNAC, or SolarWinds.
• Ability to translate technical information for a range of audiences.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong ownership of actions and outcomes.

Nice to have

• CCNA certification or currently working towards it.
