Location: Hybrid from Utrecht; must be based in the Netherlands (No relocation supported)

hirify.global is a fast-growing FinTech SaaS company providing IBAN-Name Check services to banks and corporates across Europe to prevent payment fraud.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic banking accounts in the Benelux to ensure adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Act as a long-term strategic partner, handling complex technical and operational queries regarding APIs.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate client feedback into new features.
  • Identify and drive commercial growth through transactional upgrades and upsells.
  • Support RFP processes and due diligence requirements.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights that help clients grow.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or Tech.
  • Experience working with banking or similar highly regulated enterprises is essential.
  • Technical fluency and comfort working with APIs.
  • Fluent English plus proficiency in Dutch or French.
  • Must be currently based in the Netherlands.
  • Commercially aware mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
