What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advocate for global brands to ensure they rapidly realize business outcomes through AI-powered CX solutions.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-Suite executives to identify business pain points and prescribe relevant products.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Customer Success plans to drive adoption and measurable value realization.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Account Executives, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to ensure seamless onboarding and growth.
  • Establish a regular cadence of Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to track progress toward stated business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to address product gaps and capture customer-driven ideas.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the contact center or a related industry.
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills are required.
  • Experience managing multiple large, complex global customers with multi-million dollar revenue portfolios.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Strong leadership profile capable of influencing cross-functional teams to meet evolving customer needs.
