What you will do
- Act as a strategic advocate for global brands to ensure they rapidly realize business outcomes through AI-powered CX solutions.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-Suite executives to identify business pain points and prescribe relevant products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Customer Success plans to drive adoption and measurable value realization.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Account Executives, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to ensure seamless onboarding and growth.
- Establish a regular cadence of Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to track progress toward stated business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Management to address product gaps and capture customer-driven ideas.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the contact center or a related industry.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills are required.
- Experience managing multiple large, complex global customers with multi-million dollar revenue portfolios.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Strong leadership profile capable of influencing cross-functional teams to meet evolving customer needs.
