What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Manage support cases by collecting relevant information and documenting interactions in the CRM.
- Escalate customer feedback and technical issues to relevant internal departments.
- Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- English: B2 level required for internal communication.
- Ukrainian: Fluent/Native level required for customer interaction.
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain stress-resistant in a fast-paced environment.
