What you will do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and internal ticketing systems.
  • Triage and categorize support tickets, routing complex issues to L2 and L3 technical teams.
  • Master the hirify.global analytics platform to assist users with navigation and basic queries.
  • Dedicate time to internal training and shadowing to build skills for future technical promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document initial troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian.
  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Strong computer literacy and technical curiosity (e.g., experience with Linux Ubuntu, home servers, or basic scripting).
  • Flexibility to accommodate potential 4-hour weekend shifts.

Nice to have

  • Personal interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or the Web3 space.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Jira.
  • Foundational understanding of RESTful APIs, browser DevTools, and application logs.
