What you will do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and internal ticketing systems.
- Triage and categorize support tickets, routing complex issues to L2 and L3 technical teams.
- Master the analytics platform to assist users with navigation and basic queries.
- Dedicate time to internal training and shadowing to build skills for future technical promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document initial troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Strong computer literacy and technical curiosity (e.g., experience with Linux Ubuntu, home servers, or basic scripting).
- Flexibility to accommodate potential 4-hour weekend shifts.
Nice to have
- Personal interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or the Web3 space.
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Jira.
- Foundational understanding of RESTful APIs, browser DevTools, and application logs.
