What you will do
- Advise clients on company products via online chat (no calls).
- Provide technical support to assist clients in using the website.
- Resolve customer problems within the framework of the company's product.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Communicate up-to-date information regarding current offers and promotions.
Requirements
- Effective multitasking ability to handle multiple chats and tasks without quality loss.
- Problem-solving mindset with experience in resolving challenging customer situations.
- Proficient PC user with an understanding of VPNs and basic internet troubleshooting.
- Own equipment (PC/laptop with Windows 10/11 and a stable internet connection).
