What you will do

  • Advise clients on company products via online chat (no calls).
  • Provide technical support to assist clients in using the website.
  • Resolve customer problems within the framework of the company's product.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Communicate up-to-date information regarding current offers and promotions.

Requirements

  • Effective multitasking ability to handle multiple chats and tasks without quality loss.
  • Problem-solving mindset with experience in resolving challenging customer situations.
  • Proficient PC user with an understanding of VPNs and basic internet troubleshooting.
  • Own equipment (PC/laptop with Windows 10/11 and a stable internet connection).
