Principal Field Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with product leadership to streamline field operations and support Sales Engineers during Proof of Value stages.
• Execute product strategy for hirify.global core services including ZIA and ZPA.
• Provide technical assistance to large customers during escalations and service deployments.
• Report business status and deal progress to product and sales leadership.
• Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to product and engineering teams on evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Experience managing a pre-sales team as a technical leader or working in an outbound Product Management role.
• Deep understanding of SWG, ZTNA, proxies, firewalls, VPN, and identity protocols like SAML and SCIM.
• Experience working in a platform company to assist with revenue growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or securing AI-driven threat detection and automated policy generation.
• Deep understanding of Internet and Network protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL).
