Principal Field Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore, SGP; hybrid working model

Cloud-native cybersecurity company providing the Zero Trust Exchange platform to protect users, devices, and applications from cyberattacks and data loss.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management leadership to streamline field operations and support Sales Engineers and Architects during Proof of Value stages.
• Support product strategy and execution for the hirify.global platform, with a focus on ZIA and ZPA services.
• Work with support leadership to assist large customers with escalations and service deployments.
• Track and report deal and business status to product and sales stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, provide feedback from product evaluations, and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Experience managing a pre-sales team as a hands-on technical leader, or experience as a Product Specialist or outbound Product Manager.
• Experience working in a platform company to support revenue growth and retention.
• Deep understanding of SWG, ZTNA, proxies, firewalls, VPN, data path technologies, SAML, and SCIM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track engagements using project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, scaling, or securing AI-driven threat detection and automated policy generation in cloud security platforms.
• Deep understanding of TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, and other Internet and network protocols.
• Strong communication skills and strategic insight into enterprise digital transformation, automation, and data integration.
