Principal Field Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore, SGP; hybrid working model

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management leadership to streamline field operations and support Sales Engineers and Architects during Proof of Value stages.
• Support product strategy and execution for the hirify.global platform, including ZIA and ZPA.
• Coordinate with support leadership on customer escalations and deployment of hirify.global services.
• Report deal and business status to product and sales stakeholders.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to provide evaluation feedback and advocate for customers.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Experience managing a pre-sales team as a hands-on technical leader, or working as a Product Specialist or outbound Product Manager.
• Experience supporting revenue growth in a platform company.
• Deep understanding of SWG, ZTNA, proxies, firewalls, VPN, data path technologies, SAML, and SCIM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track engagements with project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, scaling, or securing AI-driven threat detection and automated policy generation for cloud security platforms.
• Understanding of TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, and other Internet and network protocols.
• Strong communication skills and strategic insight into enterprise digital transformation, automation, and data integration.
