Senior AI Product Manager

What you will do

• Translate strategic priorities into a prioritized AI product portfolio, quarterly roadmap, release plan, and sprint-level delivery plan.
• Define product requirements, user outcomes, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and success measures for new capabilities.
• Coordinate delivery across AI, application, inference, optimization, DevOps, scheduler, platform, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, milestones, release gates, validation activities, documentation, rollback planning, and production approvals.
• Lead roadmap, sprint, release-readiness, dependency, risk, and post-release reviews while reporting delivery health and decisions to the Head of AI & Applications.
• Coordinate capabilities covering model-to-grid benchmarking, Kubernetes and GPU scheduling, training and inference recipes, model serving, RAG, telemetry, and agentic applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, delivery management, release management, solutions architecture, engineering management, or a comparable technical leadership role.
• Experience managing complex, multi-team technical product roadmaps across software, platforms, infrastructure, operations, and security.
• Strong experience with agile delivery, backlog management, epic decomposition, sprint planning, estimation, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Technical understanding of AI/ML platforms, training, fine-tuning, inference, model serving, benchmarking, performance optimization, data pipelines, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, Slurm or comparable workload schedulers, distributed training, multi-tenant resource management, and AI inference systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
