Area Product Owner (AI/Data/Digital Transformation): Supporting AI, data and digital transformation products across the Risk Management Division with an accent on change management, stakeholder alignment and user adoption. Focus on delivering AI-enabled solutions, refining product backlogs, measuring benefits realisation and building data and AI capabilities.

What you will do
- Support the definition, planning and execution of AI, data and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate change management activities, including impact assessments, communications and training.
- Engage business users, technology teams and functional stakeholders to align transformation objectives.
- Support requirements gathering, backlog refinement, prioritisation and product roadmap delivery.
- Drive user readiness and adoption while monitoring metrics, feedback and benefits realisation.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and governance materials, and coordinate risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, information systems, data analytics, technology, engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, product management, project management or business transformation.
- Experience delivering digital products, AI-enabled solutions or data transformation programmes from concept through production.
- Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI governance and data-driven product development.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, communication, planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
