What you will do

• Identify and assess new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitive positioning across APAC.
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid development processes, ensuring strategic alignment and successful submission.
• Develop compelling pursuit strategies that articulate the company's value proposition and client-centered solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market intelligence.
• Collaborate with geographic and technical teams to ensure proposals are informed by local insights and emerging trends.
• Manage bid workplans, timelines, and resource mobilization to ensure accountability and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in international development, preferably in donor-funded environments.
• Must have valid work rights in Australia; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong understanding of the APAC international development sector and donor-funded program operating contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous bids under tight timelines and collaborate across time zones.
