What you will do
- Manage and action client support cases via a ticketing system, prioritizing requests to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Troubleshoot client issues and conduct gap analysis between requirements and TechnologyOne system capabilities.
- Recommend and implement tailored solutions to meet specific client business needs.
- Collaborate with consulting experts to ensure complex client cases are resolved to the highest standard.
- Support clients in simplifying, optimizing, and modernizing their business applications.
Requirements
- 2+ years of TechnologyOne Consulting experience (specifically CiA, with older Ci versions from 2023+ being an advantage).
- 2+ years of experience in the design and implementation of business systems.
- Experience in documenting functional specifications and analyzing customer requirements.
- Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Nice to have
- Skills in TechnologyOne HRP, Asset Management, or Property and Rating.
- Technical proficiency in BPAs, ETLs, TScripts, and Dashboards/Data Models.
