What you will do

• Execute product demonstrations and retailer visits to strengthen brand credibility and awareness.
• Implement demand creation initiatives and provide technical support for field programs.
• Track competitor activities, product launches, and pricing strategies to report field intelligence.
• Provide timely updates on move-out sales (MOS), crop development stages, and farmer practices.
• Drive engagement with retailers and key farmers to ensure consistent messaging and product visibility.
• Reinforce correct product usage and technical positioning at the dealer and end-user level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for frequent travel to farms and dealer networks.
• Proven professional background with a reputation for integrity and reliability.
• Ability to confidently deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
