What you will do

• Manage test equipment programs, including validation, verification, upgrades, and repair.
• Implement assembly and Functional Circuit Test (FCT) processes and resolve related issues.
• Conduct system failure investigations and debugging using digital and analog electronic test systems.
• Develop containment and corrective actions to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other divisions to drive process and quality improvements.
• Support new product transfers and provide remote assistance to other operations sites and regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent course.
• Solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills, specifically in C++ and Visual Basic.
• Strong reasoning skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams across different organizational levels.
• Must be local to the position location.
