What you will do

• Design and evaluate manufacturing process improvements to enhance efficiency and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and fine-tune workflows to eliminate defects.
• Implement statistical process reviews for both new and existing products.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and digitization in accordance with engineering change orders.
• Plan workforce utilization, equipment layout, and tool requirements using LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Perform final quality checks and collaborate with assembly and test technicians to ensure high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree required.
• Must be local to Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines; no relocation provided.
• Proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting, including C++ and Visual Basic.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• English proficiency (speak, read, and write) is required.
• Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
