Technical Program Manager (Data Center Deployment)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore and travel extensively across the APAC region.

What you will do

• Own cluster bootstrapping, cabling, and fit-out execution from the ground up.
• Verify onsite work against low-level designs (LLDs) to ensure project alignment.
• Identify and clear blockers to maintain deployment timelines.
• Facilitate technical trade-off decisions between engineering, operations, and customers.
• Manage portfolio-level risks and dependencies across concurrent deployments.
• Provide decision-ready reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an onsite Technical Program Manager or deployment lead in data center construction or infrastructure rollout.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLDs, cabling, and fit-out processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex deployments.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving performance issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work onsite for extended periods.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear narratives.
