Solution Technical Marketing Engineer

What you will do

• Advocate for overall solution quality across the installed base and new product releases.
• Strengthen operational excellence through solution quality forums, customer insight reviews, and proactive telemetry and sentiment monitoring.
• Raise, prioritize, and track critical issues to closure and lead field escalations for solution-related issues.
• Institutionalize solution quality processes across the product lifecycle.
• Provide quality and experience leadership in collaboration with Consumer Print Core Solutions Product Management and TIO teams.
• Drive systemic improvements with partners and strengthen integration between Quality HW/FW and Solution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent field.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in technical marketing, software QA, or engineering.
• Program management skills.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Executive presentation experience and strong verbal communication.
• Good understanding of the solution/software ecosystem.
• Driven and self-motivated approach.

• Experience in program management.
