P2P Operations Specialist (Procurement)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Handle operational purchase orders and support automation initiatives.
• Maintain procurement tools, templates, processes, and related documentation.
• Support global sourcing initiatives with category and regional sourcing managers across Europe, the United States, and worldwide locations.
• Execute sourcing events, RFXs, tenders, negotiations, and commercial contracting activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations on sourcing outcomes and savings for management.
• Promote procurement best practices and coach local teams in Malaysia on procurement policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, procurement consulting, sales, key account management, or a related field within a globally operating organization.
• Experience with negotiation, contracting, procurement, and relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, preferably in a multinational or global-scale business.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency.
• Proactive, self-directed, motivated, and effective in supplier communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or procurement suites such as Coupa, Jaggaer, or Ariba.
