Salary: $300,000 - $320,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for strategic biotech partners.
• Own the execution of technical roadmaps and track success metrics against commitments.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including technical leads and executives.
• Act as the connective tissue between partners and the internal Life Sciences research team.
• Shape and negotiate partnership scopes, including co-development and novel deal constructs.
• Build internal processes and documentation to support high-touch partnership management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York City, NY.
• Experience managing complex, technical partnerships or business development in biotech or pharma.
• Strong scientific or technical fluency to engage in detailed biotech R&D discussions.
• Experience with product development or product management.
• Ability to own relationships end-to-end from negotiation to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for senior internal and external audiences.
