What you will do

• Lead discovery and diagnostic sessions to surface AI transformation opportunities within business units.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops to translate pain points into scoped problem statements and MVP candidates.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to ensure cohesive implementation.
• Drive adoption by managing change readiness, training, and capturing early wins.
• Manage executive relationships and communicate progress, trade-offs, and prioritization.
• Define and track success metrics such as time saved, error reduction, and adoption rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in hands-on, cross-functional AI transformation roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with executive leadership.
• Experience with design-thinking methodologies and structured discovery.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business friction into technical requirements.
