What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with prospects to uncover technical constraints, data freshness needs, and volume expectations.
• Design architected solutions utilizing Scraper Studio, proxies, Web Unlocker, and AI pipelines.
• Author precise Statements of Work (SOWs) covering scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop cost models and internal pricing frameworks for large-scale data collection and AI/BI projects.
• Conduct deep business and technical research on customer industries to inform delivery planning.
• Collaborate across Sales, R&D, and Product teams to validate technical feasibility and effort estimates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Consultant in SaaS, data, or tech services.
• Proven track record of writing complex SOWs and service contracts for technical projects.
• Strong understanding of web data collection and web scraping mechanisms.
• Ability to scope AI/ML and BI deliverables and assess their feasibility.
• Experience estimating IT project costs, including infrastructure and development effort.
• Must be based in the US, Canada, or Latin America
