What you will do

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow projects, primarily within IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Take responsibility for requirements gathering, solution design, and architectural coordination with business units.
• Utilize modern ServiceNow capabilities, including artificial intelligence and automation, to build efficient workflows.
• Facilitate customer workshops, define user stories, and manage solution designs in an agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with B2B customers, development teams, operations, and Product Owners.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and rollout for demanding customers.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (preferably ITSM or CSM).
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in Switzerland to work from local offices or home office.
