Procurement Director

TL;DR

Procurement Director (Supply Chain): Leading regional sourcing strategies and optimizing procurement processes for a large-scale, complex matrix organization with an accent on total cost of ownership and supply base rationalization. Focus on driving maturity in vendor management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable P&L efficiencies across a $800M+ spend portfolio.

Location: Must be authorized to work in Canada. Remote role with occasional travel (5%-33%).

Salary: CAD 130,000 – CAD 140,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead regional sourcing strategies and optimize procurement processes, systems, and tools.
• Manage a portfolio of $800M+ in direct and indirect goods and services spend.
• Establish and maintain business partner relationships to deliver sustainable P&L efficiencies.
• Drive supply chain and category management strategies while adhering to corporate policies.
• Ensure effective risk management through robust contracts, SLAs, and KPI monitoring.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to improve total cost of ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement management.
• 5+ years of experience supervising employees.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Proficiency in GEP eSourcing and Oracle E-Business Suite.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or MBA.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation.
