Senior Systems Integration Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead Body Systems and controls for an autonomous robotaxi.
• Design system technical specifications and architecture.
• Develop system design and integration test plans for lighting, closures, and sensor cleaning.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to ensure subsystem requirements and interfaces are met.
• Create System FMEAs, diagnostics, and fault reactions for safe operation.
• Lead issue triage including log, code, and hardware investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in System engineering, preferably in EVs or automotive systems.
• Strong system-level understanding of vehicle architectures for closures, lighting, and body control.
• Deep knowledge of developing automotive systems using model-based processes and requirements tools like IBM DOORS or Siemens Polarion.
• Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostics (UDS).
• Knowledge of Functional Safety Standard (ISO 26262).

Nice to have

• Experience with AUTOSAR or Linux-based embedded software architecture.
• Advanced experience in Model Based System Design.
