TL;DR

Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Salary: $75,000 - $78,800 annually

What you will do

  • Lead software implementation, configuration, and deployment for clients.
  • Consult with clients to understand needs, advise on best practices, and deliver customized solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues as a trusted technical resource.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities that improve outcomes for assigned clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences (or equivalent education and experience).
  • Two (2) years of technical or client support experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of hirify.global domain or significant experience in relevant industry.
  • Advanced technical and product knowledge of one or more hirify.global software products.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and property management (or relevant hirify.global-supported industry) best practices.
  • Competence in Microsoft operating/network system operation, relational databases, or SQL/Oracle language.

Nice to have

  • Ability to configure and manage networks and peripherals.
  • Experience with HTML and cloud services.
