What you will do

• Act as the primary technical voice for Databricks across multiple large-scale client accounts.
• Lead customers through transformational journeys to evaluate and adopt the Databricks platform.
• Implement technical strategies that align with client business outcomes and long-term goals.
• Cultivate a movement of technical champions within client organizations to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and technical peers to maximize account success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
• Proven experience working with large, global accounts exceeding $1M ARR.
• Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influence key decision-makers.
• Experience in value-based selling and driving data-driven business transformation.
