What you will do

• Support treasury and banking-related projects across the organization.
• Execute daily cash management activities, including payment processing.
• Monitor and analyze bank and merchant fees (including credit card and cash management expenses).
• Build short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinate movement of excess cash between accounts and investments.
• Administer wire transfers, ACH transactions, and book transfers; manage bank access and corporate card programs.
• Provide support for internal and external audits and ensure compliance for cash management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of corporate treasury operations experience required.
• Proficiency using Kyriba for treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk activities.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex financial transactions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
