TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in the office)

What you will do

  • Manage legal entity market and liquidity reporting, including regulatory submissions and internal management information.
  • Collaborate with Market and Liquidity Risk teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Explain key liquidity drivers to senior stakeholders, including Business, Risk, and Regulators.
  • Develop and improve reporting models, methodologies, and internal processes.
  • Implement robust controls and governance frameworks for reporting outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members to foster a high-performing environment.

Requirements

  • Broad background in Treasury with significant experience in liquidity and/or market risk.
  • Proven experience in legal entity reporting for internal and regulatory purposes.
  • Solid understanding of treasury products, risk structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and model improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to senior audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
