What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to support product development and business strategies.
• Develop custom data models and scalable architecture for large-scale healthcare datasets.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data pipeline performance, quality, and accuracy, including responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical experts and business operations to identify data-driven solutions.
• Champion innovation by evaluating and introducing new tools and techniques to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience building data pipelines and engineering large-scale datasets.
• Advanced SQL coding and query optimization skills.
• Experience with healthcare data and standard UB/HCFA claim fields.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Spark.
• Experience with Snowflake on cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of modern data pipeline orchestration and ETL/ELT tools.
• Experience with dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and distributed systems.
• Background in analytic report and dashboard development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
