Salary: $190,300 – $285,500 USD (Seattle market range).

What you will do

• Develop and implement a differentiated foundation narrative on AI for Good.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar for partnership announcements, milestones, and speaking opportunities.
• Lead proactive media strategy, including journalist relationship development and resource creation.
• Identify and secure high-impact speaking opportunities for foundation leadership.
• Collaborate with regional communications teams to adapt global strategies for local contexts.
• Convene internal stakeholders to ensure integrated AI communications across all priority campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Proven experience in communications for frontier AI or emerging technology organizations.
• Background in global health or international development within a foundation, government, or multilateral organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with distributed leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
