What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification and discovery to proposal and closing.
  • Manage high-volume inbound opportunities while proactively developing outbound prospects.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations for HR leaders and business owners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reliable sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Native Spanish speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
