What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification and discovery to proposal and closing.
- Manage high-volume inbound opportunities while proactively developing outbound prospects.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations for HR leaders and business owners.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reliable sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech.
- Native Spanish speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
