TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil). Work during U.S. business hours is required.

What you will do

  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify interest based on role, industry, and budget.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings using tools like Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
  • Maintain accurate records and log all activities in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives to align on target prospects and provide detailed handoff notes.
  • Track key performance metrics including call volume, emails sent, and appointment show rates.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and scheduling software (Calendly, Chili Piper).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and work remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Must be located in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams in high-volume environments.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or Challenger.
