Area Business Analyst (Mid-Atlantic Area): Ensuring regional employees are trained on Regional/Branch processes and supporting system rollouts, implementations, and process changes across branches with an accent on operations system issue resolution and executive/regional program reporting. Focus on building and maintaining business process documentation, analyzing compliance and performance metrics (including NPS, headcount, forecasts, and P&L), and coordinating escalation and communication between Shared Services and branches.

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for management, end-users, and programming staff on operations system issues, new system rollouts, implementations, and cross-branch problem solving.
- Provide executive support to the Regional President, including calendar and meeting management, expense reports, correspondence, travel planning, and presentation/document preparation.
- Deliver functional expertise and serve as the escalation point for branches on processes and procedures.
- Assist, manage, train, and develop Branch Admin staff and new employees.
- Create and update business process documents, maintain lessons learned/best practices, and support compliance and quality improvement.
- Own regional program and reporting support: headcount reporting, org charts, compliance audits, NPS consolidation, forecasting/quoting analysis, Growth Report reconciliation, sales performance tracking, P&L/budget monitoring, fleet/dispatching/inventory and other operational audits, and college recruiting coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5 years of related experience in executive/office management (or equivalent education and work experience).
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, including building and manipulating complex spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask with limited supervision.
