What you will do

• Lead monthly team meetings, performance reviews, and career development for IT&E staff.
• Manage staff planning, new requisitions, and align personnel to meet critical program needs.
• Develop missile processing procedures and schedules, acting as an asset manager from build to flight tests.
• Guide the team in generating test plans, preparing readiness review packages, and executing qualification testing.
• Support the integration and verification of subcomponents and test equipment hardware.
• Coordinate with test ranges, providing safety information and required range documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher).
• B.S. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related STEM Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in a STEM field.
• Technical expertise in RF testing, missile integration, missile component testing, environmental testing, or HWIL.
• Experience with anechoic chambers, vector network analyzers (VNA), and spectrum analyzers.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Tactical Missiles Family of Weapons.
• Capability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams for hardware fabrication and integration.
• Ability to balance technical objectives with business needs.
• Track record of delivering high-impact customer presentations on performance and schedule.
