What you will do

• Lead regional growth by adapting global marketing strategies to Philippines' market trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage and mentor a local team of KOL, SMM, PR, and Content specialists.
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans and locally relevant strategies.
• Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget based on performance data to improve efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and user behavior using analytics platforms to guide team priorities.
• Coordinate between the local team and Global HQ to align on global campaigns and share market insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role managing 3+ specialists.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or similar fast-paced industries.
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition specifically in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of managing regional budgets (approx. $50k/month) and optimizing CPA/ROI.
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Native Tagalog and fluent business English.

Nice to have

• Experience closing deals with Philippine influencers, financial bloggers, and media contacts.
• Proficiency with mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools for content production.
