Account Development Manager

Account Development Manager (SaaS): Generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts to help accounting firms improve their practice management with an accent on lead qualification, consultative sales, and pipeline growth. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, conducting effective product demonstrations, and building strong client relationships.

Location: Must be based in South Jordan, UT (Hybrid: M, W, F in-office)

What you will do

• Generate demand through inbound and outbound efforts including cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers by uncovering business problems.
• Set expectations for product demonstrations of the hirify.global platform.
• Travel 1-2 times per year to trade shows to promote the product and generate leads.
• Consult with prospects to help them differentiate their firms and improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to South Jordan, UT.
• 1+ years of experience in demand generation, call centers, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed performance targets.
• Ability to connect with people quickly and work consultatively.

Hiring process

• Initial 20-minute phone call with the People Team.
• 30-minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and a panel.
• 1-3 additional rounds of interviews.
• Final interview with the department head.
