What you will do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for assigned business units.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses to ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Serve as the primary accounting partner for business unit leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support accounting integration activities for acquisitions and new business initiatives.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Accountants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing accounting professionals.
• Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Prior experience in public accounting.
