What you will do

• Lead the design and development of specialized test equipment and system architectures.
• Develop and decompose system-level requirements to component levels.
• Construct and exercise system models using MATLAB/Simulink to predict performance.
• Coordinate hardware integration, system correlation, and verification testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Collaborate with internal program teams to ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience
• Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with DOORS and Cameo
• Prior experience in coaching or technical leadership
